Bluebonnet Calcium Citrate Magnesium and Vitamin D3 Review

These are terrific! The size might be a bit intimidating at first, but I can take 3 at once, and I’m a small person. They’re very smooth, so I think that helps. I take these at night before bed, primarily as a calcium supplement due to osteoarthritis and early onset osteopenia, but the added magnesium really helps with my insomnia. I’ve tried all sorts of herbal remedies and prescription sleeping pills, but the calcium/magnesium combo is the only thing that seems to work for me. One thing to note is that the bottle is glass. My husband didn’t realize this, rattled the shelf where I keep them, and the bottle fell and shattered into a million little pieces. He says the shards were too small for him to feel comfortable reclaiming the pills, so he threw them all away. I’m back on here to buy another bottle.
