Insonine
Inosine is a type of bio-chemical compound called nucleosides, and has several aliases. Inosine is found in brewer’s yeast and organ meats. It is taken by people to improve athletic performance.
L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Leucine
A trio of Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA) – building blocks of protein that are derived only from food, mainly dairy products and meat. They make up 14-18% of amino acids in skeletal muscle and are widely recognised as the most used supplements among natural bodybuilders. Of the BCAAs, leucine is of particular interest because it has been shown to stimulate protein synthesis to an equal extent as a mixture of all amino acids. [1].
