How do I take Evlution Nutrition Tans4orm?
You should take 1 serving first thing in the morning. This is because you will have an empty stomach. Then you should have your next serving about 6 hours after that one. The manufacturer warns users that they shouldn’t take more than 2 servings a day because doing so could have side effects. It is also recommended that you have about 8 glasses of water over the day for maximum effectiveness.
How long can I take Trans4orm?
You should only take Trans4orm for 8 weeks straight. Once you have reached the 8 week marker it is important that you don’t take any again for a minimum period of 4 months.
Are there any side effects of taking Trans4orm?
We can’t promise that you won’t experience any side effects with this product. For example the presence of synephrine has casued headaches for some users. Ingredient Explanations
Green tea leaf extract
Teas come from the same plant – Camellia sinensis. Green tea is so called because, unlike black tea, the leaves are not fermented after withering. Though more consistent studies are being undertaken, it is generally accepted that green tea extract has been shown to increase fat oxidation at rest and during exercise. Additionally, there are more studies that demonstrate positive effects on resting fat metabolism when green tea extract has been ingested, both shorter term and longer term; there is less supporting evidence for the use of green tea extract during exercise. This would suggest its benefit as a thermogenic pre-workout.
Caffeine anhydrous (175mg)
Caffeine anhydrous simply means “caffeine without water”; in short, a more potent “dehydrated caffeine”. Caffeine works by stimulating the central nervous system. Prior to exercise, caffeine helps to maintain mental alertness. Caffeine may help to increase weight loss (although this is not its prime function), and it seems to increase physical strength and endurance, all the while delaying exhaustion. It is this last statement that makes caffeine the most widely used stimulant, and the one most likely to be included in thermogenic supplements.
Synephrine
Synephrine is another fro bitter orange. It is used to regulate fat levels in the blood, as well as combating chronic fatigue syndrome and stimulating the heart and circulation. Synephrine seems to be partially effective for weight loss when combined with caffeine and St. John’s wort, although it is chiefly included in thermogenics because of its ability to stimulate circulation.
Black pepper extract
The main ingredient of black pepper important in thermogenics is piperine. By blocking fat cell formation, piperine may be useful in inhibiting weight gain. Sejong University in Korea revealed “findings suggest that piperine, a major component of black pepper, inhibits fat cell differentiation by down-regulating the transcriptional activity of PPARy and suppressing the expression of PPARy.”
Huperzia serrata/Club moss
This plant, native to India and South East Asia, contains the compound Huperzine A, which stops the breakdown of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine by the enzyme acetylcholinesterase. Although Huperzine A is derived from a plant, the end product found in supplements is often the result of laboratory manipulation. Acetylcholine is one of the chemicals used by nerves to communicate in the muscles and the brain; therefore as Huperzine A reduces its breakdown, it is beneficial to memory and to muscles.
Yohimbe extract
The bark of the African tree Yohimbe is often used in supplements. Its active ingredient, yohimbine, may help weight loss by suppressing the appetite and increasing metabolism. It is also known to stimulate the nervous system to release fat from fat cells.
L-Tyrosine
L-Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid. It can help the production of dopamine, which affects mood. Included in a thermogenic, L-Tyrosine may help the user in the preparation of their workout. Though more research is required, human and animal studies suggest that tyrosine supplements may help improve memory and performance under psychological stress.
Choline bitartrate
Found naturally in some foods, choline is an important nutrient that helps the body in several ways. Whilst its fat-burning qualities are not widely founded, choline is required to produce acetylcholine, which is important for mood, brain function and memory.
Our Verdict
It’s a moot point whether Trans4orm is suitable to be taken on an empty stomach, as most thermogenics effect users differently. Nice addition of Synephrine, which is not found in all types of this product. A good option for those to use as an appetite suppressant; you should be pleased with the results.
