Cons:

An extract from an Indian herb, which contains compounds called bacosides A and B. Both of these active ingredients in Bacopa are said to improve the body’s response to stress as well improving the signal strength between brain cells. This allows users to work faster as well improving learning by better neuron communication. Supplementation of 300 mg Bacopa extract for 12 weeks showed significant improvement in memory tests.

This ingredient is a compound built of two separate active ingredient cytidine and choline, when citicoline is ingested t is separated by the body into these active ingredients. When your body consumes holine it converts it to acetylcholine, a chemical which improves the signal strength between neurons. This improves attention, memory and learning. Cytidine is converted to uridine by the body which repairs and protects your brain cells.

Compounds in Ashwagandha have been found to repair axons and dendrites which communicate between nerves, this is said to improve the brains memory. Ashwagandha also boosts choline levels which boosts brain signal strength as explained above. Ashwagandha is also said to reduce mental and bodily stress, it does this by reducing the level of cortisol (the body’s stress hormone) which as a result reduces stress and shyness.

Our Verdict
Review Conclusion
Overall, we’re fairly pleased with this nootropic it features a good range of natural nootropic ingredients both well established ingredients and some that are slightly newer to the market like Lion’s Mane Mushroom. I did mention that the ingredients with shorter term is a slight drawback to this product but it is important to mention that this supplement is meant to be taken through the day so these ingredients could be added to receive immediate positive effects to focus levels. So, the only real negative is the pricing which is quite high for a nootropic but as discussed a premium pricing strategy for products like this is quite common. To conclude, we’re happy to recommend this product and we have subsequently scored it quite highly.
