Easter Lamb Cake
Ingredients
| 75 g | butter |
| 75 g | cornflour |
| 75 g | sugar |
| 75 g | flour |
| 75 g | nuts, grated |
| 1 dash(es) | salt |
| 1/2 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
| 1/2 pack(s) | baking powder |
| 2 medium | eggs |
| 2 tbsp. | rum |
| some | butter, for the baking tin |
Preparation Method
Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 40 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a
Mix together all ingredients with an electric wire whisk until well combined.
Preheat the oven to 190 C.
Pour the dough into a buttered Easter lamb baking tin and bake for 40 minutes.
